Warranty Information
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for this LED TV, covering defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty is valid exclusively for the original purchaser and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Coverage Exclusions:
• Accidental damage or natural calamities (e.g., thunder, floods, storms, lightning).
• Damage caused by high voltage surges through mains input or cable connections.
• Misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation of the TV.
• TVs that have been tampered with, altered, or serviced by unauthorized personnel.

• Serial Number & Tampering:
• The warranty is void if the original serial number has been removed, altered, or obliterated.
• Damage resulting from causes beyond control (e.g., acts of God, lightning, abnormal voltage) or transit damage is not covered.

• External Accessories & Cosmetic Parts:
• The warranty does not cover external accessories such as batteries, remote controls, cables, carrying bags, or cosmetic parts as listed in the operating instruction manual.
• Dust accumulation on the television panel after 10 days of usage is also excluded.

• Conditions for Warranty Voidance:
• Failure to follow the instructions provided in the user manual.
• An incomplete or unsigned warranty card upon delivery (for offline purchases).
• For online purchases, a valid copy of the purchase invoice is required.
